Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 3 hours without giving any reason. 

The order is cancellable up to 3 hours after placing. Cancellation is not possible once the orders have been shipped.

Cancellation fee: 4% of the total transaction amount will be deducted for order cancellation at the payment gateway. 

In order to process your cancellation, a clear statement mentioning the reason must be informed and mailed to sales@organicspicebox.com.

We will compensate you no later than 10 days from the date we receive the returned products. No transaction fees will be incurred for reimbursements that use the same payment method as of the user.

Refund

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the refund is being processed. The refund amount will be credited back to the same account/card used for the purchase.
